Origin story

From 147kg to 110kg — and counting.

One year ago, I was 147kg — overweight, low energy, and stuck in a cycle of procrastination. I knew I had to change, but every attempt felt temporary. That's when I decided to build a system, not just set goals.

I started running. Not fast, not far — just consistent. Every single day, no matter what. Rain or shine, tired or energized. I showed up. That discipline spilled into my eating: I cut out processed food, focused on protein and vegetables, and treated food as fuel, not entertainment.

But the real transformation wasn't just physical. I added meditation and reading to my routine. 20 minutes of stillness every morning cleared my mind. Books gave me frameworks to think better, act better, and lead better. Mental fitness became as important as physical fitness.
